Job brief

We are looking for a result-driven part-time talent responsible for all online sales duties, from generating leads to closing sales.

Description

Responsibilities:

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service

• Assess customers' needs and provide assistance and information on product features

• Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries

• Follow and achieve the sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis

• “Go the extra mile” to drive sales

• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition of inventory

• Actively seek out customers online

• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options

• Process POS (point of sale) purchases

• Cross-sell products

• Handle returns of merchandise

• Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service

• Build productive trust relationships with customers

• Comply with inventory control procedures

• Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g., planning marketing activities)

Skills

• Knowledgeable in ONLINE selling platforms and social media - Facebook, Instagram, Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok, etc.

• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices

• Proficiency in English and basic Math skills

• Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements

• Hands-on experience with sales transactions

• Familiarity with inventory procedures

• Solid communication and interpersonal skills

• A friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focus

• Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints on time

• Availability to work flexible shifts (Work hours can be 8AM-5PM or 3PM-12MN)

• High school degree; a BS degree in Marketing or a related field would be a plus.

Notes

• Proven work experience in sales is an advantage

• Knowledgeable in Korean culture is a plus

• Will be selling ONLINE Korean language books, K-pop items, women's clothes, and accessories

• Working students and fresh graduates are welcome to apply and willing to be trained.
